Refund Policy

At H PROPER COFFEE ROASTERS, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you with returns and exchanges, subject to the following terms and conditions:

  2. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges: The following conditions must be met for a return or exchange to be accepted:

    • The goods must be returned in their original packaging and unused condition.
    • Goods found used, altered, or damaged due to improper use will not be accepted for return or exchange.
  3. Product Return and Exchange Process: Please follow these steps to request a return or exchange:

    • Contact our Customer Service Hotline or email us to initiate the return or exchange process.
    • Our customer service team will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed.
    • When returning the goods in person, please present the original sales invoice and credit card used for payment.
    • Third-party requests for returns or exchanges will not be entertained.
    • If the requested exchange item is unavailable due to stock shortage, customers can choose any product from our website and pay only the price difference.
  4. Refund Process: Upon acceptance of the merchandise in "like new" condition, in strict conformance with the basic return criteria mentioned above, the purchase price will be credited to the payment tool used for the original purchase.

  5. Gift Items: If the returned goods were accompanied by any gift items, such as Cash Coupon(s) or Cash Discount Coupon(s), all gift items must be returned together with the goods. Failure to do so will result in the deduction of the retail value of the gift item from the refund.

  6. Order Cancellation: In the event of order cancellation, a handling charge of 5% will be deducted from your refund.

  7. Amendments to Terms and Conditions: H PROPER COFFEE ROASTERS reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of the refund policy without prior notice.

  8. Dispute Resolution: In the event of any dispute, H PROPER COFFEE ROASTERS' decision shall be final.
