The Geisha Selection pairs six lots from Finca Deborah with six from Iris Estate, all grown between 2,100 and 2,300 masl and processed with the precision that has made Panama the home of competition coffee. Start with each estate's classic washed Terroir, compare their two Illumination lots, then follow them into carbonic maceration, nitrogen and extended anaerobic coffees that push Geisha's florals and fruit even further.
