Ninety Plus Gesha — Lot 23052
Criolic Folio™ · Gesha · Medium-Light Roast
From the cloud forest slopes of the Barú Volcano in Panama, Ninety Plus Gesha Estates is one of the most celebrated addresses in specialty coffee. Founded by Joseph Brodsky in 2009 on former cattle farming land, the estate was painstakingly reforested before Ethiopian Gesha trees were planted beneath the forest canopy. The result is a growing environment that mirrors the natural conditions of Gesha's Ethiopian origins, producing coffees of extraordinary clarity and complexity.
Lot 23052 is processed using Ninety Plus's proprietary Criolic Folio™ method, a signature approach that unlocks the Gesha variety's most expressive, layered characteristics. Grown at 1,400 masl, this lot is delicate and refined in the cup, opening with bright notes of orange before revealing the depth of cacao nibs and a lush, cherry-sweet finish.
Tasting Notes: Orange · Cacao Nibs · Cherry
