This coffee manifests elegance. It is delicate in mouthfeel and refreshingly juicy with white to pink fruit characteristics. This is the favorite coffee for George Koustoumpardis, Camilo Sanchez, and Konstantina Takopoulou of Ninety Plus. This coffee was used to win the Greek Brewers Cup in 2023 and also was used to finish first runner-up in the 2023 World Brewers Cup Championship.
This lot is located in the heart of Gesha Estates at an elevation of 1,560 meters, with a total area of 0.80 ha. Trees on this estate are seven years old, a mature age for production and flavor. Processing for this coffee is a twist on the Criolic™ process and utilizes both leaves and cherries in the fermentation (Criolic Folio™) of 96 hours.
