Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at H PROPER COFFEE ROASTERS. We take pride in providing you with high-quality products and excellent customer service. If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Return Time Frame: You have 7 days to return an item from the date of purchase.

Returns Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Returns Process:

  1. Please contact our customer support team at sales@hpropercoffeeroasters.com or call +63 917 705 7474 to initiate a return.
  2. Provide your order details and the reason for the return.
  3. Once your return is approved, you will receive further instructions on how to proceed.
  4. Please securely package the item and include a copy of the original receipt or proof of purchase.
  5. Ship the item back to us using a reliable courier service. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. We offer the following refund options:

  1. Original Payment Method: If you paid using a credit card, debit card, or other electronic payment method, the refund will be credited back to the original payment account.
  2. Store Credit: If you prefer, we can issue store credit that can be used for future purchases on our website.
  3. Alternative Payment: In some cases, we may arrange an alternative payment method for your refund.

Refund Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive the returned item. Please note that the actual refund timing may vary depending on your payment provider.

Circumstances Exempt from Refunds: We reserve the right to refuse refunds under the following circumstances:

  1. Items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  2. Items returned beyond the specified return time frame.

Exchange Policy: We currently do not offer exchanges for different sizes, colors, or products. If you need a different item, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.

Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your order within 7 days of purchase. Please contact our customer support team to request a cancellation. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Warranty Policy: We offer a warranty period of 7 to 15 days on select products. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear. For more information on specific warranty terms and conditions, please refer to the warranty documentation provided with your purchase.

Shipping Policy: We use JRS as our shipping courier to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your orders.

Shipping Rates and Estimated Delivery Times: Please refer to the following shipping rates and estimated delivery times for domestic orders:

  • Standard National Shipping: ₱200 (Estimated Delivery: 3-7 days)

Please note that these rates and estimated delivery times are subject to change based on your location and current shipping conditions. The final shipping rate and estimated delivery time will be calculated during the checkout process.
