This lot was harvested on 25-Jan-2023 from our Estate #143, located on the southeast side of Gesha Estates at an elevation of 1,410 meters, with a total area of 0.06 ha. The trees on this estate are six years old. Processing this coffee is a twist of our Natural process, fresh coffee cherry skin and mucilage, in a 24-hour fermentation (Natural Folio™).
